Welcome and sign-in opened at 8:00 a.m. The institutional opening began at 9:00 a.m.

Access to the Event Spaces
Access to the event spaces required a personal badge, issued at the welcome desk ahead of the event.
Access to the Conference Hall
Attendance at panels, masterclasses and workshops requires prior attendance for each session through the programme of the edition, subject to availability. It is separate from general access to the summit areas, which requires a personal badge.
Parking
A parking area is available on site, subject to availability.
Participants were advised to plan their arrival ahead of time to ease access and parking.
Welcome Desk
A welcome desk is available for sign-in, orientation and practical information.
Catering
Paid catering was available on site.
